WHAT IS STRESS:

Basically stress is a normal part of a human beings, But stress can be defined when you worry for something or someone like for example: There are several students those get worries  for their assignments examination as well as future and due to worries they get a stress.one more example we can have for our parents, they always get worries for their children and just because of worries they get stress. but we should know about the affects of stress those are given below-


AFFECTS OF STRESS:-
1. A person, who is suffering from stress  may         suffer from different problems like HEADACHE,   PAIN IN MUSCLES, SLEEP PROBLEM etc.

2. A person who is suffering from stress,can have different changes in behaviour like he can use DRUG, SLEEPING TOO MUCH OR SHORT, PROCRASTINATION etc.

3. A person who is suffering from stress  can have a problems of RESTLESSNESS, LACK OF FOCUS, SADNESS etc.  those are suffering from the stress may face such kind of problems in their life.And because of stress family members can also face problems because of a person, who is suffering from  a stress problem.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STRESS AND ANXIETY:-
It is difficult to understand the difference between stress and anxiety, because in both condition a person can suffer from so many problems as we have told you like sleepless in nights,lack of focus, irritablity, muscles pain, etc.these problems can be caused by the stress as well anxiety.

STRESS- As we have told you about the stress and the affects of stress, basically a person who suffers from the stress can have so many problems as we have already told you and the stress can be caused from any kind of worries like related to future, job, money etc.

ANXIETY- Basically anxiety is a sustained mental health disorder, and it is a person reaction to stress  and due to this a person can have a problems like PHOBIAS, PANIC DISORDER, GENERALIZED ANXIETY, POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER  we can say (PTSD) and several  other problems.

TREATMENT OF STRESS:-
If you want to get over from stress problems so you should follow these steps regular -
-  Eat healthy food and avoid eating street food,
-  Do regular exercise, 
-  Sleep at least (7 to 8-9) hours,
-  Forget the thought, which makes you worry,
-  Do regularly meditation at least 5 minutes,
-  Talk to your friends so that you can feel happy,
-  Go on the walk early in the morning,
-  Feel always happy,
-  Contact to your doctor, etc.

SPECIAL WAY TO AVOID STRESS:-
You should follow these treatment, if you are feeling that you are suffering from the stress and you are a human and there are so many problems but if you get worry from the problems automatically you will get the stress, so you should only follow the most important way to avoid stress that is a HAPPINESS, so it does not metters in which condition you are, you should be feel happy and live happy at least i got a chance to live the life and forget about the problems or thought which makes you feel worry and live a movement as it is your last chance to live this movement then you will notice that you have already got over the stress.
